1. To open an account, all you need to know is how many travelers will be in your party and how many trips you’ll take. Each adult or child traveler ticket is 1 Anywhere Anytime France® fee and includes your first train voyage. Additional trips are $50 each.
Example: 2 travelers go from Paris to Marseille, then Marseille to Nice, and eventually return to Paris from Nice:

2 “first trips” for 2 adults: 2 x Adult Anywhere Anytime France® fares
4 additional trips:
Total number trips: 6

2. Registering your travelers

Once the account is opened, we’ll need the names and birthdates of your travelers. You can do this at your convenience, online at any time

3. Scheduling your trips

Simply log into your account to schedule your itinerary: where do you want to go? When? With whom? Tell us, and we’ll reserve your seats.
If you change your mind, you can cancel your reservation up to one hour prior to departure and get your trip credit back – which you can then reuse towards another trip.

4. Retrieving your ticket

When your trip is confirmed, you’ll get a confirmation code. Then all you have to do is come to the station about a half-hour prior to departure and print your e-ticket from one of the self-service kiosks. Touch the British flag on the tactile screen and follow the instructions: you’ll be asked your name and confirmation code. Your e-ticket will be printed, including your seat and coach number.

As you can see, we’ve done everything we can to take the pressure out of traveling. After all, you’re on vacation.
